Energy Consumption Analysis and Energy Saving Measures of Water Plant

自来水行业是国家民生行业,也是解决居民最基本保障的行业,无论水厂的规模大小、制水工艺如何,均有着诸多的耗能设备。自来水的主要成本控制是人工和能耗,本文通过收集各类规模、不同工艺的水厂的电量能耗数据,分析水厂内各类设备的能耗输出比并探究主要能耗设备的改进节能方案。

The water industry is not only a national livelihood industry,but also an industry to solve the most basic security for residents.Regardless of the size of the water plant and the water production process,there are many energy consuming equipment.Because of its particularity,the water industry can only make profits through small profits and large sales.The energy saving and consumption reduction of water plants can greatly reduce the cost of water production,which is particularly important for the operation and management of an enterprise.In this paper,through the collection of power consumption data of water plants with different scales and processes,the energy consumption output ratio of various equipment in the water plant is analyzed and the energy-saving scheme that can be improved is explored.
