工程总承包(EPC)项目文件资料是项目实施过程的真实记载,内容多、数量大、格式多、种类杂。针对EPC项目文件资料现状和存在的问题,总结了总承包项目文件资料的特性,归纳了收集归档的主要内容,对文件资料收集归档工作提出建议和有效措施。

EPC(Engineering,Procurement and Construction)project documents and data truthfully record the project implemen-tation process,with the properties of many contents,large quantities,multiple formats and miscellaneous types.In view of the current situation and existing problems of EPC project documents and data,this paper summarizes the characteristics of EPC project documents and data,sums up the main contents of collection and filing,and puts forward some suggestions and effective measures for collecting and filing the documents and data.
