摘要
针对工程总承包项目存在的采购风险,分别从关联方、项目文件和项目执行等环节进行具体的阐述,提出相应的防范措施。分析认为,采购管理人员需要对总承包项目采购风险进行全过程监控与管理,仔细识别采购各节点工作风险,并对其进行分析和评价,建立科学有效的风险管理体系和风险管理标准,才能有效地降低采购风险。
This paper makes a specific description of the related parties,project documents and project execution and so on,and puts forward corresponding precautionary measures in view of the procurement risks existed in the EPC project.According to the analysis,procurement management personnel need to monitor and manage the whole process of procurement risks existed in the EPC project,carefully identify the job hazards of procurement,analyze and evaluate the hazards,and establish a scientific and effective risk management system and risk management standards,so as to effectively reduce the procurement risks.
