摘要
目的探讨分析简便易行髌骨轴位摄片架及其应用效果。方法通过采用简便易行的自制可调节角度摄片架以及大小腿轴心交角测量尺,完成临床髌骨轴位摄片100例病例资料展开研究,通过选择20°、30°、40°、三种不同角度完成髌骨轴位片测量,分别测量CA、SA、LS、LPFA、PFI不同相关参数数据。计算摄片的成功率,分析其中导致摄片不合格的主要原因,做出解决方法。结果经研究发现20°、30°、40°、三种不同角度的摄片合格率分别为82%、96%、95%,30°、40°组间相较不存在显著差异,而20°相较30°、40°摄片成功率明显较低,存在显著差异。造成20°摄片成像质量较低的关键成因,主要包括体胖、肌肉过于发达、X线与胶片未垂直、并未充分趾曲的大脚趾。结论通过采用自制简便易行的髌骨轴位摄片架,及大小腿轴心交角测量尺,能够发现摄片成像的标准诊断需求角度为30°髌骨轴位片,并未受到相关设备限制,作为患者易于接受及便于推广的新型技术。
Objective To explore the analysis of the simple and easy patella axial imaging frame and its application effect.Methods Through the use of a simple and easy-to-use self-adjustable angle camera frame and a large-foot axial angle measuring ruler,100 cases of clinical patella axial radiographs were studied,by selecting 20°,30°,40°,three.The humeral axial slice was measured at different angles,and the parameters of CA,SA,LS,LPFA and PFI were measured.Calculate the success rate of the film,analyze the main cause of the film failure,and make a solution.Results The results showed that the pass rates of 20°,30°,40°and three different angles were 82%,96%,95%,and there was no significant difference between the 30°and 40° groups.° The success rate of filming is significantly lower than that of 30°and 40°,and there are significant differences.The key causes of low image quality of 20° are mainly the body fat,the muscles are too developed,the X-ray and the film are not vertical,and the big toe is not full.Conclusion By adopting the self-made simple and easy patella axial imaging frame and the large and small axial angle measuring ruler,it can be found that the standard diagnostic requirement angle of the imaging image is 30° tibia axial position piece,which is not restricted by related equipment.As a new technology that patients are easy to accept and easy to promote.
