新媒体视角下大学生就业创业转型研究

Research on the Transformation of Employment Entrepreneurship for College Students from the Perspective of New Media

通过对就业与创业现状的分析,提出了利用新媒体促进就业与创业的理论探析,加强就业指导、建立信息平台、建立就业反馈等机制,形成政府、用人单位、高校三方联动体系,逐步建成以新媒体为平台的高校毕业生服务网络,切实有效地解决大学生就业难题。

Through the analysis of the current situation of employment and entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward the theory of using new media to promote employment and entrepreneurship,strengthens the mechanism of employment guidance,establishing information platform and establishing employment feedback,forms a tripartite linkage system of government,employing units and colleges and universities,and gradually builds a service network of college graduates with new media as the platform to effectively solve the difficult problem of college students’employment.
