摘要
某方解石矿同时赋存有重钙用石灰岩矿体和方解石矿体,单一的采矿方法存在矿房布置困难、开采工艺复杂、安全性较差等问题,难以同时回采2个矿体。根据该矿山的矿体赋存条件,通过对矿产品的要求、矿石价值、劳动生产率及安全等方面比较,并查阅了相关设计资料和参考类似矿山开采经验,采用浅孔留矿法和分段空场法相结合的采矿方法,并对矿房布置、采准切割工程布置、回采工艺、通风及地压管理等方面进行设计,在保证安全生产的前提下实现同时回采2个矿体,从而达到安全、经济、高效的生产要求,可为同时开采多种矿体的类似矿山提供参考与指导。
A calcite deposit contains both heavy calcium limestone orebodies and calcite orebodies,and the problems such as difficult layout of chamber,complicated mining technology and poor safety are existed during the mining process by using single mining method,therefore,the simultaneous mining of two orebodies is very difficult.According to the orebody occurrence conditions of the mine,through the comparison of the requirements of mineral products,ore value,labor productivity and safety,consulting the relevant design data and mining experience of similar mines,a mining method combining shallow hole shrinkage method with sublevel open stope method is proposed,and the arrangement of room layout,mining accuracy,cutting engineering layout,mining technology and ventilation are designed.The design of pressure management and other aspects can simultaneously mine two orebodies on the premise of ensuring safe production,so as to meet the requirements of safe,economic and efficient production,and can provide reference and guidance for similar mines mining multiple orebodies at the same time.
