江西某黄铁矿浮选降砷试验

摘要 江西某矿山选铜尾矿砷含量较高,属于高砷高硫硫化矿,对产品质量有着较大影响,为了解决现场药剂制度和流程的不适应问题,选取现场铜尾矿作为研究对象,重点研究了黄铁矿与毒砂分选的抑制剂。试验结果得出通过使用抑制剂Y-1能实现硫、砷的有效分离,新药剂流程闭路中硫精矿硫品位为46.51%,比原药剂流程提高2.26个百分点,砷品位为0.91%,比原药剂流程降低了4.23个百分点,新流程的精矿硫回收率较原流程降低3.07个百分点,同时砷回收率降低约62个百分点,指标改善明显。 Copper ore tailings in a mine in Jiangxi Province have high arsenic content,which belongs to high arsenic and high sulfur sulfide ore.It has great influence on product quality.In order to solve the problem of incompatibility of on-site pharmaceutical system and process,the copper tailings is selected as the research object.Focusing on the inhibitors of pyrite and arsenopyrite sorting.It is known from the test results that the effective separation of sulfur and arsenic can be achieved by using the inhibitor Y-1,and the sulfur grade of the sulfur concentrate in the closed circuit of the new pharmaceutical process is 46.51%.Compared with the original pharmaceutical process increased by 2.26 percentage points,the arsenic grade was 0.91%,which was 4.23 percentage points lower than the original pharmaceutical process.The sulfur recovery rate of the concentrate by new process was 3.07 percentage points lower than the original process,but the arsenic recovery rate was reduced by about 62 percentage points,and the index improved significantly.
