摘要 为了开发低品位、低钛型钒钛磁铁矿,针对表外矿矿石主要为海绵陨体结构、稀疏浸染状及星散浸染状等构造,铁、钛氧化物嵌布粒度相对较细且含量较少的问题,根据白马表外矿的原矿性质攀钢矿业有限公司与国内多家相关研究院所对攀枝花表外矿和白马表内矿选钛进行了大量的试验研究,采用两级抛尾阶磨阶选选铁工艺流程将干式抛尾与湿式抛尾有机结合,选钛采用重磁浮多种选矿方法联合。试验获得了相对原矿产率16.21%、全铁品位55.52%、全铁回收率53.79%、TiO2品位9.83%、V2O5品位0.775%的高铁高钒低钛的铁精矿,相对选铁尾矿产率0.98%、TiO2品位47.03%、TiO2回收率13.41%的钛精矿。为进一步开发利用低品位、低钛型钒钛磁铁矿提供了基础依据。 In order to develop low-grade,low-titanium-type vanadium-titanium magnetite,for the off-surface ore,the structure is mainly sponge meteorite structure,sparsely disseminated and scattered scatter,and the grain size of iron and titanium oxide is relatively fine and the content is relatively small.According to the original ore properties of Baima off-surface ore,Pansteel Mining Co.,Ltd.and a number of related domestic research institutes have conducted a large number of experimental studies on titanium separation in Panzhihua off-surface ore and Baima surface ore,using two-stage tailing discarding stage grinding and stage dressing process to organically combine with dry tailing and wet tailing.Titanium separation adopts a combination of gravity and magnetic,floatation.The test obtained a high iron,high vanadium and low titanium iron concentrate with relative raw ore yield of 16.21%,all-iron grade of 55.52%,all-iron recovery of 53.79%,TiO2 grade of 9.83%,V2O5 grade of 0.775%.Titanium concentrate with iron tailings yield of 0.98%,TiO2 grade of 47.03%,and TiO2 recovery rate of 13.41%.It provides a basis for further development and utilization of low-grade,low-titanium-type vanadium-titanium magnetite ore.
