摘要
为减小强动压对马兰矿下组煤采区巷道的影响,在综采工作面收尾前应用切顶卸压技术切断超前支承压力传递路径。通过理论计算及数值模拟制定出合理的切顶卸压方案并付诸于工程实践,其现场监测结果与数值模拟相吻合,说明深孔爆破切顶卸压技术能较好的解决受强动压影响的采区巷道大变形问题,减小了采区护巷煤柱留设。
In order to reduce the influence of the strong dynamic pressure on the mining roadway of Malan Coal Mine,the technology of top cutting pressure-relief was used to cut off the transmission path of the leading abutment pressure before the end of finishing the fully mechanized coal face.A reasonable pressure-relief scheme is developed and put into practice through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.The field monitoring results coincide with numerical simulation.It shows that the technology of top cutting pressure-relief for deep hole blasting can better solve the problem of large deformation of roadway affected by strong dynamic pressure and reduce the chain pillar retaining in mining area.
