2019年9月19日,《米其林指南上海2020》正式发布,共有130家餐厅榜上有名,其中40家餐厅被评为星级餐厅,数量超越往年。获得米其林一星餐厅31家,其中9家是新晋餐厅;米其林二星餐厅8家,吉品轩和泰安门由2018年的一星升至二星;由名厨Paul pairet主理的Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet餐厅,获得唯一一个米其林三星殊荣。
The MICHELIN Guide has unveiled the selection of the MICHELIN Guide Shanghai 2020.One hundred and thirty establishments,including a record 40 starred restaurants.The megalopolis' culinary offer is also enriched by nine more one-star restaurants commpared to the previous edition of the MICHELIN Guide Shanghai.Eight establishments also illuminate the Shanghai dining scene with their two stars.Paul Pairet's Ultravilet emains part of the elite ranks of local and world gastronomy with the coveted three stars.
