摘要
对一款新型矿用大流量比例阀进行动态建模与仿真研究,根据其结构和基本原理,利用AMESim软件搭建比例阀仿真模型进行仿真分析,通过比较不同控制信号下的阀芯动态特性,得出最优控制信号;同时分析不同结构参数对主阀性能影响,发现主阀弹簧刚度对整阀性能影响较小,得出主阀质量、先导阀前端阻尼孔直径、主阀控制腔直径的最佳参数;最后分析得到先导回液阀满足使用要求时的结构参数,通过优化参数使主级与先导级良好匹配,达到对流量的精确控制,从而为比例阀的设计及优化提供理论依据。
Dynamic modeling and simulation of a new high-pressure and high-flow proportional valve for mineing.Based on its structure and basic principles,the AMESim software was used to build the proportional valve s model for simulation analysis.By comparing the dynamic characteristics of the spool under different control signals,the optimal control signal is obtained.In addition,the influence of different structural parameters on the performance of the main valve was analyzed.It is found that the main valve spring stiffness has little influence on the performance of the valve.The optimized parameters of the main valve quality,the diameter of the front inlet orifice of the pilot inlet valve and the diameter of the main valve control chamber are obtained.Finally,the structural parameters of the pilot return valve satisfying the requirements of the usage are getted.By optimizing the parameters,the main stage and the pilot stage are well matched to achieve precise control of the flow rate.This provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of proportional valves.
