齿轮螺旋线偏差比较测量结果的不确定度评定

摘要 要提高齿轮螺旋线的测量准确性,使用螺旋线样板或标准齿轮作为标准,用上级计量部门测量的螺旋线样板或标准齿轮的数据对齿轮螺旋线测量仪的示值进行修正,再测量齿轮螺旋线,消除齿轮螺旋线测量仪的系统误差。本文将从齿轮螺旋线最基本的展成原理深入全面分析齿轮螺旋线倾斜偏差测量结果的影响量,同时进行测量不确定度评定。 To improve measurement accuracy of gear spiral line,and on the basis of spiral line templet and standard gear,indication of gear spiral line measurement gauge has been corrected by spiral line templet and standard gear data measured by superior metrological departments to measure gear spiral line and eliminate system error of gear spiral line measurement gauge.Effects on gear spiral line slope deviation measurement results have been analyzed deeply and comprehensively from basic generative principle of gear spiral line,meanwhile measurement uncertainty has been evaluated.
