摘要
本文通过测量、阅读说明、咨询厂家获取某款家用水杯设计参数,利用Geomagic Studio逆向工程软件进行该水杯三维建模。然后将其导入Ansys workbench中,并对其物理参数进行设置、优化网格化分、核对材料类型。最终通过有限元分析得出类似水杯的应力、应变、热效应变化云图,提出合理化建议,提高产品可靠性;以分析结果对类似家用物品设计、改进提供了一定的参考价值。
In this paper through measuring,reading the instructions,consulting the manufacturer to obtain the design parameters of a domestic water cup,and using the Geomagic studio reverse engineering software to carry out the 3D modeling of the water cup.Then it is imported into the ANSYS Workbench,and its physical parameters are set,meshed and checked.Finally through the finite element analysis,the stress,strain and thermal effect cloud chart of the similar water cup is obtained,and reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve the reliability of the product;The results of the analysis provide a certain reference value for the design and improvement of similar household goods.
