电力自动化终端自治控制模式切换及功能配置策略研究

摘要 随着智能电网和主动配电网建设的持续推进,在提高配电网供电质量和故障自愈能力的同时,还要求配电网中各类源-网-荷的电力自动化终端之间灵活地支持和实现双向互动和协调控制。本文运用边缘计算的理念,在考虑电力自动化系统通信故障的条件下,对电力自动化终端非自治控制模式与自治控制模式的切换技术进行了研究,提出了一种电力自动化终端自治控制模式切换策略和自治功能配置策略,可以提高低压配电网中电力自动化系统的自愈能力,保障供电质量。 With the continuous progress of the construction of smart power grid and active distribution network,while improving the power supply quality and fault self-healing ability of the distribution network,it is also required to flexibly support and realize two-way interaction and coordinated control between various source-net-load automation terminals in the distribution network.Applying the concept of edge computation,this paper studied the switch technology between non-autonomous control mode and autonomous control mode under the situation when happening failures of power automation systems communication,a switching strategy of autonomous control mode and autonomous function configuration strategy of power automation terminal are proposed,which can improve the self-healing ability of power automation system in low voltage distribution network and guarantee the power supply quality.
