摘要
为保证管线综合优化方案的科学性及合理性,本文针对管线综合布局细节处理方面的欠缺,设计了基于BIM的管线综合评价指标体系。管线综合评价指标构建遵循科学性、可行性、综合性的原则,考虑空间合理性、综合工程量、施工难易度、人体舒适度等四大影响因素进行评价指标构建。并针对管线综合布控中权重难以确定的问题,分别采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对管线综合排布方案进行优化评价,以找到最优管线综合布置方案。
In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the pipeline comprehensive optimization scheme,this paper designs a BIM-based pipeline comprehensive evaluation index system in view of the lack of detailed treatment of the pipeline comprehensive layout.The construction of pipeline comprehensive evaluation index follows the principles of scientificity,feasibility and comprehensiveness,and the evaluation index is constructed considering four major influencing factors,namely,spatial rationality,comprehensive engineering quantity,construction difficulty and human comfort.According to the problem that the weight is difficult to determine in the comprehensive arrangement of pipelines,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are respectively adopted to optimize and evaluate the comprehensive arrangement scheme of pipelines,so as to find the optimal comprehensive arrangement scheme of pipelines.
