摘要
文章通过对我国高校图书馆代际服务现状的调查分析,发现高校图书馆开展的服务中明确出现“代际”一词的活动寥寥无几,但部分活动可以归结为实质代际服务活动,它们在活动的连续性、形式的多元化和参与互动性方面均有待提升。针对高校图书馆代际服务存在的问题,结合北京师范大学图书馆读者代际服务需求调查结果,提出高校图书馆开展代际服务的对策:融合代际服务理念,推进服务持续性开展;把握读者需求和特点,扩展多元代际服务形式;提升活动的参与互动性。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation and problems of intergenerational services in university libraries,the paper finds that few university libraries in China clearly label their activities with the word“intergenerational”,however,some of the services come down to essential intergenerational services and need to be improved in the continuity of activities,diversification of forms and interaction of participation.Aiming at the existing problems of intergenerational services and combining with the survey results of intergenerational services demands of readers in Beijing Normal University,the paper puts forward three countermeasures for university libraries to develop intergenerational service,including integrating intergenerational services concepts and promoting the sustainable development of services,grasping the needs and characteristics of readers and expanding the forms of multi-generational services;enhancing the interactive participation of activities.
