贫困地区公共图书馆文化精准扶贫路径探究——基于宁夏固原地区西吉县硝河乡硝河村的调查

Research on Paths of Targeted Culture Poverty Alleviation of Public Library in Poverty-stricken Areas——Based on a Survey of Xiaohe Village, Xiaohe Township, Xiji County, Guyuan City, Ningxia

文章通过对公共图书馆参与固原地区西吉县硝河乡硝河村文化扶贫现状调查,总结分析了扶贫过程中存在扶贫意识淡薄、供需错位、扶贫主体单一等问题,提出了贫困地区公共图书馆可以通过加强顶层设计、精准识别扶贫对象、加强社会合作、加强扶贫馆员队伍建设、建立文化精准扶贫绩效评估与反馈机制等措施提高文化精准扶贫效能。

Based on the investigation of the situation of culture poverty alleviation of Xiaohe village,Xiaohe township,xiji county,Guyuan city,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region carried by public libraries,the paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the process of poverty alleviation,including the weak consciousness of poverty alleviation,mismatch of supply and demand and mono-subject of poverty alleviation,as well as puts forwards that public libraries in poverty-stricken areas can improve the effectiveness of targeted culture poverty alleviation by strengthening the top-level design,accurately identifying the objects of poverty alleviation,enhancing social cooperation,strengthening the construction of poverty alleviation librarians,and establishing the performance evaluation and feedback mechanism of targeted culture poverty alleviation.
