精神分裂症后抑郁患者应用舒肝解郁胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of post-schizophrenic depression

目的:分析研究精神分裂症后抑郁患者应用舒肝解郁胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗的效果。方法:选取收治的96例精神分裂症后抑郁患者进行此次研究,按照数字表法将所有患者均分为参照组和研究组,每组各48例。其中,给予参照组舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,给予研究组舒肝解郁胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应率、阴性症状与阳性症状评分。结果:参照组的治疗总有效率为77.08%,低于研究组的治疗总有效率(93.75%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组患者的不良反应发生率为25.00%,高于研究组患者的不良反应率(8.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后阴性症状以及阳性症状的评分低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗的效果突出,对精神分裂后抑郁的治疗帮助较大,治疗效率更高,利于抑制病情,值得在临床应用。

Objective To study the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of post-schizophrenic depression.Method 96 patients with post-schizophrenic depression were selected for this study.According to the digital table method,all patients were divided into the reference group and the research group,48 cases in each group.Among them,Shugan Jieyu Capsule was given to the reference group and Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation was given to the research group.The therapeutic effect,adverse reaction rate,negative symptoms and positive symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the reference group was 77.08%,lower than that of the study group(93.75%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the reference group was 25.00%,higher than that of the study group(8.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of negative symptoms and positive symptoms were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is effective in the treatment of post-schizophrenic depression,which is more helpful,more effective and beneficial to inhibit the condition of the disease.It is worthy of clinical application.
