摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定天麻醒脑胶囊(天麻、熟地黄、肉苁蓉等)中天麻素、巴利森苷E、巴利森苷B、巴利森苷C、巴利森苷A、松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷、β-细辛醚、α-细辛醚的含有量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相[乙腈-甲醇(1∶1)]-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长220、257、330 nm。结果 9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1),平均加样回收率96.88%~100.00%,RSD 0.81%~1.52%。结论该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于天麻醒脑胶囊的质量控制。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of gastrodin, parishin E, parishin B, parishin C, parishin A, echinacoside, verbascoside, β-asarone and α-asarone in Tianma Xingnao Capsules(Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Cistanches Herba, etc.).METHODS The analysis of 50% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35 ℃ thermostatic Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of [acetonitrile-methanol(1∶1)]-0.1% formic acid flowing at 1.0 mL/minin a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 220, 257, 330 nm.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 1), whose average recoveries were 96.88%-100.00% with the RSDs of 0.81%-1.52%.CONCLUSION This simple, reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Tianma Xingnao Capsules.
