双语幼儿园园本教研新模式的实践与探索

摘要 基于幼儿园课程背景以及独有的师资结构多元化优势,立足园所实际,提出了双语幼儿园园本教研模式的设想:即体现互助、互补、融合的教研文化,加强中英文及外教三大学习共同体之间的联动,研讨不同教研组教师的教学特色,给予教师支持性和适宜性的指导,实现补缺与优化。从“分众联动”“关注课堂”“问题导引”作为实践路径,为幼儿教师专业成长注入新的生命,打造适宜于国际园特色的教研新模式。 Based on kindergarten curriculum background and unique teaching structure diversity advantage,combing with actual situation of the school,this paper puts forward ideas of bilingual kindergarten teaching and research mode,which embodies research culture of mutual assistance,each others’complement and integration,strengthens the linkage between three learning communities in both English and Chinese and foreign teachers,studies different teaching characteristics,gives teachers supporting and needing guidance,realizes vacancy filling and optimization.Taking“focus on public linkage”,“attention to classroom”and“problem guidance”as a practical path,we will inject new life into the professional growth of kindergarten teachers and create a new teaching and research model suitable for the characteristics of international kindergartens.
