摘要 作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,红色文化一直以来受到学界的极大关注,而高校思政课教师又肩负着传承和弘扬红色文化的历史重任。高校思政课教师的红色文化素养对学生、教师自身和整个社会的发展意义重大。提升高校思政课教师红色文化素养关键在于“四个着力点”:将红色文化纳入到日常教学过程,着力于教学提升教师红色文化素养;多渠道多方式吸纳红色文化知识,着力于提升教师自身红色文化素养;多元立体打造红色文化育人环境,着力于教学环境提升红色文化素养;深入研究挖掘红色文化思想精髓,着力于科研工作提升红色文化素养。 As an important part of excellent traditional Chinese culture,the red culture has always been paid great attention by the academic circle.The red culture quality of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities is of great significance to the development of students,teachers themselves and the whole society.The key to improve the red culture quality of ideological and political course teachers lies in“four focal points”.Incorporate red culture into the daily teaching process and focus on improving teachers’red culture quality in teaching;Absorbing red culture knowledge through multiple channels and methods,focusing on improving the red culture quality of teachers themselves;Create a multi-dimensional red culture education environment,focus on the teaching environment to enhance red cultural literacy;In-depth research and excavation of the essence of the cultural thoughts of the red culture,focusing on scientific research to enhance red cultural literacy.
