摘要
教育政务微信的建设和使用现状反映了当地教育行政部门的影响力和政务服务能力。对2018年10月至2019年3月浙江省内教育政务微信账号数据作统计,从“整体传播力”“篇均传播力”“头条传播力”“峰值传播力”四个维度进行评价,计算浙江省内各地微信传播指数WCI,并进行分析比较,由此发现浙江教育政务微信在综合实力、内容与形式、数量与质量、互动与服务等方面现状和特点,为增强地方教育行政部门的影响力和政务服务能力提供了依据。
The construction and use of education government WeChat reflects the influence of local education administrative departments and government service capabilities.In October 2018 to March 2019 in Zhejiang province education e-government WeChat account data for statistics,from“the overall propagation force”“average transmission force”“headline propagation force”“peak transmission force”to evaluate four dimensions,the calculation of zhejiang province WeChat WCI propagation index,and carries on the analysis comparison,thus discovered zhejiang education e-government WeChat in comprehensive strength,content and form,the quantity and quality,the present situation and characteristics of the interaction and service,etc in order to enhance the influence of local administrative departments of education and government service ability to provide the basis.
