摘要
模具形状复杂,精度要求较高,制造难度大,尤其在热处理过程中容易出现开裂现象。一旦开裂将造成模具报废,文章对模具热处理开裂的原因及形式进行分析,并从材料、热处理工艺、模具结构等多个角度提出预防方法及改善措施。
The shape of mould is complex,high accuracy requirements,manufacturing difficult,especially in the heat treatment process prone to cracking phenomenon.Once the cracking will cause the mould to be scrapped,the paper analyzes the reasons and forms of the heat treatment of the mould,and puts forward the prevention method and the improvement measures from the material,heat treatment technology,mould structure and so on.
