对急性脑梗死出院患者静脉溶栓知晓率的调查

Investigation of Awareness Rate of Intravenous Thrombolysis in Discharged Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的调查急性脑梗死(ACI)出院患者对静脉溶栓相关知识的知晓程度。方法选取厦门地区三家不同级别医院自2019年1月至3月收治的216例ACI患者为调查对象,出院1月后进行电话回访。结果①三家医院出院患者对ACI静脉溶栓治疗相关知识的总体知晓率为31.0%。②三级医院的医师宣教工作明显优于二级医院和基层医院(48%VS29%VS11%)。③三家医院患者的反馈信息均提示社区宣教是最乐于接受的方式(46%VS50%VS57%)。结论加强住院期间的脑卒中知识宣教和社区宣教是提高知晓率的有效途径。

Objective To investigate the knowledge of intravenous thrombolysis in discharged patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 216 patients with ACI from January to March 2019 were selected from three hospitals in Xiamen.Results①The overall awareness rate of patients discharged from three hospitals about ACI intravenous thrombus therapy was 31.0%.②The propaganda work of doctors in tertiary hospitals was significantly better than that in secondary hospitals and primary hospitals(48%VS29%VS11%).③The feedback information of patients in the three hospitals was all suggested.District education is the most acceptable way(46%VS50%VS57%).Conclusion Strengthening the knowledge and community education of stroke during hospitalization is an effective way to improve the awareness rate.
