社区免费投药对康复期精神分裂症患者的作用

Effect of Community Free Medication for Schizophrenia in the Rehabilitation

目的研究社区免费投药对康复期精神分裂症患者的作用。方法将192例康复期精神分裂症患者按是否参与免费投药分为两组,其中研究组为参与免费投药的精神分裂症患者,共97例,对照组为未参与免费投药患者,共95例。两组患者分别使用自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、服药依从性、生活满意度指数量表B(LSIB)以及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行评定。结果两组患者ITAQ、服药依从性量表、LSIB及SSRS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区免费投药对康复期精神分裂症患者在服药依从性、自知力和生活满意度方面有积极作用,且社区支持体系的完善关系到免费投药的顺利开展。

Objective To investigate effect of community free medication for schizophrenia in the rehabilitation.Methods 192 schizophrenia in the rehabilitation were assigned to two groups according to whether they participated in community free medication.Intervention group(n=97)is participated in community free medication.Control group(n=95)isn’t participated.All patients were evaluated with insight and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ),the compliance scale self-designed scale、Life satisfaction index B(LSIB)and Social support assessment scale(SSRS).Results There were significant differences among the scores of ITAQ、the compliance scale self-designed scale、LSIB and SSRS(P<0.01).Conclusion Free medication in community can increase compliance of medication and life satisfaction.The improvement of the community support system is related to the development of community free medication.
