Analysis on the Effect of Quality Control Management on Hospital Infection and Work Quality in Disinfection Supply Room

目的了解消毒供应室全程质控管理对医院感染与工作质量的影响。方法将我院2017年1月至2019年2月的2000份消毒供应室器械,随机分组每组例数1000份。对照组消毒供应室器械予以常规流程护理,实验组对消毒供应室器械以全程质控管理。比较两组消毒供应室器械清洗合格率、消毒灭菌合格率;消毒供应室工作人工作人员作积极性;护理前后消毒供应室整体服务质量等级;医院感染概率。结果实验组消毒供应室器械清洗合格率、消毒灭菌合格率、消毒供应室整体服务质量等级、消毒供应室工作人工作人员作积极性、医院感染概率对比对照组有优势,P<0.05。结论消毒供应室器械实施个性化护理可获得较好的效果,可提高消毒供应室工作人工作人员作积极性,提高消毒供应室器械清洗合格率、消毒灭菌合格率、消毒供应室整体服务质量等级,降低医院感染概率。

Objective To understand the effect of QC management on hospital infection and work quality.Methods 2000 sterilized supply room instruments from January 2017 to February 2019 were randomly grouped into 1000 cases.In the control group,the equipment of disinfection supply room was treated with routine process nursing,and in the experimental group,the equipment of disinfection supply room was managed through quality control.Comparing two groups of disinfection supply room equipment cleaning pass rate,disinfection and sterilization pass rate;Disinfection supply room staff active;The overall service quality of the disinfection supply room before and after nursing;Hospital infection rate.Results The cleaning rate of the equipment in the disinfection supply room,the qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization,the overall service quality level of the disinfection supply room,the enthusiasm of the staff in the disinfection supply room,and the probability of hospital infection were superior to the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of individualized care of disinfection supply room equipment can obtain better results,can improve the staff enthusiasm of disinfection supply room equipment cleaning rate,disinfection and sterilization qualified rate,overall service quality of disinfection supply room,reduce the probability of hospital infection.
