对比X线、CT和MRI在诊断早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变诊断中的应用意义分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的对比分析X线、CT和MRI检查对于在早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的诊断中的应用的临床意义。方法选择在本院中进行治疗、诊断明确的早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变作为研究对象,时间为2015年11月至2017年11月期间,随机抽取其中100例。所有患者均进行X线、CT和MRI检查和诊断,并将所用的三种检查的诊断结果进行对比分析。结果对于早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变患者,采用X线诊断的准确率为44.00%、CT诊断的准确率为92.00%、MRI诊断的准确率为94.00%。其中CT和MRI诊断的准确率均明显高于X线,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI诊断准确率略高于CT,但差异并不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT检查囊性变或关节面侵蚀检出率为94.00%、骨质硬化检出率为93.00%、毛刺感或欠光滑检出率为95.00%,均明显高于X线,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在诊断早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的各种检查中,MRI、CT检查诊断方式相较于X线检查具有明显优势,其中,尤以MRI检查更佳,可作为首选检查诊断方式。
