四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Sijunzi Decoction on Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年9月至2018年12月在我院中医科就诊的慢性胃炎患者56例随机分为2组。对照组口服奥美拉唑,每次20 mg,每天2次;观察组口服奥美拉唑和四君子汤加减治疗。评估两组治疗前后的嘈杂反酸、胃脘痞胀、胃脘隐痛、口苦口臭、失眠、纳呆等中医症候严重程度。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组各中医症候评分值均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显更低(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果比较满意。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sijunzi Decoction on chronic gastritis.Methods From September 2016 to December 2018,56 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given omeprazole 20 mg twice a day,while the observation group was given omeprazole and Sijunzi decoction.The severity of TCM symptoms such as noisy acid reflux,epigastric pain,epigastric distention,dementia,halitosis and insomnia were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as noisy acid reflux,epigastric pain,epigastric distention,dementia,halitosis and insomnia in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Sijunzi Decoction on chronic gastritis is satisfactory.
