活动平板和冠状动脉造影的相关分析

Correlation Analysis of Active Plate and Coronary Angiography

目的评价活动平板和冠状动脉造影相关性分析。方法选择临床诊断为冠心病患者进行活动平板试验,并进行冠状动脉造影,将二者检查结果进行比较和分析。结果活动平板试验174例中68例阳性,冠状动脉造影阳性49例,阴性19例;活动平板试验106例阴性中,冠状动脉造影阳性12例,阴性94例,活动平板对冠心病诊断的敏感性,特异性,阳性预测值分别为80.32%、83.18%、72.06%。冠状动脉病变的支数与平板运动试验阳性有关联,双支,三支病变敏感性高于单支病变,并且与活动平板试验阳性的出现时间及持续时间相关。结论活动平板试验与冠心病有相关性,病变支数增加,敏感性增高,并且与活动平板试验阳性的出现时间及持续时间相关。

Objective Evaluation of the correlation between treadmill exercise text and coronary angiography. Method Patients with clinically diagnosed coronary heart disease were selected for treadmill exercise test,carry on Coronary angiography,Comparing and analyzing the results of the two examinations. Result 68 cases in 174 cases of treadmill exercise test were positive,positive 49 cases with coronary angiography,Negative 19 cases.In 106 cases of negative treadmill exercise test,positive 12 cases with coronary angiography, negative 94 cases. The sensitivity,specificity and positive respectively of treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease were 80.32%, 83.18% and 72.06%.The number of branches of coronary artery lesions was related with positive treadmill exercise test,The sensitivity of two-vessel and three-vessel lesions was higher than that of single-vessel lesions, also correlated with the occurrence time and duration of positivetreadmill exercise test. Conclusion Relevance between treadmill exercise test and coronary heart disease,and the sensitivity increased with the number of lesion branches increased. It was also correlated with the occurrence time and duration of positive treadmill exercise test.
