临床护理路径在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨临床护理路径在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法我院于2015年2月至2017年2月将接收的104例妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分成了52例观察组患和和52例对照组患者,进而对两组患者分别采用常规的护理措施和临床护理路径对患者进行护理工作。结果观察组经过护理后的生活质量评分(89.77±6.59)分明显高于对照组经过护理后的生活质量评分(73.38±5.88)分,并且观察组经过护理后的焦虑量评分(30.22±5.31)分和抑郁量评分(31.68±4.26)分明显低于对照组经过护理后的焦虑量评分(49.25±6.34)分和抑郁量评分(52.06±6.22)分,两组患者之间的差异性具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将临床护理路径运用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者的护理过程中,有利于患者生活质量的提升,对于患者焦虑抑郁情况的改善也有着极大的帮助,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods 104 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery received in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups of observation and control(n=52 cases), of which the control group used conventional nursing measures, while the observation group was nursing the patients by clinical nursing path, and then compared and analyzed the nursing effect of the two groups. Result The score of quality of life(89.77±6.59) after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.38±5.88) after nursing, and the Anxiety Scale(30.22±5.31) score(30.22±5.31) and depression score(31.68±4.26) after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group after nursing. The score was(49.25±6.34) and the depression score(52.06±6.22), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway to the nursing process of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery is beneficial to the improvement of the patient’s quality of life and the improvement of the patient’s anxiety and depression. It is worth popularizing.
