注射用腺苷钴胺联合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Effect of Adenosine Cobalamin Injection Combined with Physical Therapy on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的通过注射用腺苷钴胺联合物理疗法治疗腰椎盘突出症引起的临床症状产生的效果分析。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8月在我院进行治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者共80例作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,对照组患者使用绝对卧床以及物理疗法红光热疗进行治疗,治疗组在对照组患者的治疗基础上加用腺苷钴胺,同时两组适时进行腰背肌锻炼,酌情使用非甾体抗炎镇痛药缓解疼痛症状。将两组患者治疗后各项指标进行对比分析。结果治疗组的麻木症状改善程度明显高于对照组,评定量表(NRS)疼痛评分、Oswestry下腰痛残疾指数(ODI)明显的低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中未出现腺苷钴胺药物的不良反应。结论在治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起的临床症状中使用腺苷钴胺联合物理疗法配合适时康复训练及非甾体抗炎镇痛药物的使用有显著的疗效。

Objective To analyze the effect of adenosine cobalamin injection combined with physical therapy on the clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Choose between August 2018 and August 2019 patients in our hospital for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, a total of 80 cases as the research object, all the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group patients use absolute lie in bed and physical therapy red heat treatment, the treatment group in the treatment of patients with the control group on the basis of combined with adenosine cobalt, two groups of timely back muscle exercise at the same time, take into consideration the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic pain symptoms. The indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results The improvement of numbness in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the NRS pain score and Oswestry low back pain disability index(ODI) in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions of adenosine cobalamin during the treatment. Conclusion Adenosine cobalamin combined with physical therapy combined with timely rehabilitation training and the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs in the treatment of the clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation has a significant effect.
