胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病21例的护理关键研究

Key Nursing Study on Insulin Treatment of 21 Cases of Gestational Diabetes

目的对胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病21例的护理关键进行研究分析。方法研究对象选取自该院2018年3月—2019年3月所收治的妊娠糖尿病患者21例,根据其就诊时间,为其编上序号,随机进行抽取,分成研究组11例与对比组10例,其中,对比组进行常规护理干预,研究组进行综合护理干预。比较两组的治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的治疗效果(90.91%)要明显高于对比组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生情况(9.09%)要明显少于对比组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者进行胰岛素治疗,并且提供科学有效的护理服务,能够提高患者的治疗效果,降低患者不良反应的发生情况,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the key nursing of 21 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus treated with insulin.Methods 21 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to the time of the consultation,the serial number was randomly selected and randomly divided into 11 groups in the study group and 10 patients in the control group.Among them,the control group conducted routine nursing intervention,and the study group conducted comprehensive nursing intervention.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group(90.91%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(50.00%),the differecnt was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(9.09%)was significantly less than that of the control group(50.00%),the differecnt was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin therapy for patients with gestational diabetes,and provide scientific and effective nursing services,can improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,has a high application value,and is worthy of promotion.
