摘要
针对当前电网各级调度人员之间在电话语音交互过程中存在的误听、漏听等人因失误风险,以讯飞语音开放平台为基础,开发了用于电网调度口令正确性检验的语音辅助系统。该系统自动将电网调度员的工作语音转换为文本并对文本进行检测,从而判别语音指令下达是否完整正确。此外,通过建立调度用语专用词库和调度命令纠错机制,提高了系统的语音识别准确率,实现了对错误口令的检查和提示。实验结果表明,该系统具有较高的识别准确率,能够帮助调度员及时发现语音交互过程中的失误,从而预防电网人因事故的发生。
Aiming at the risk of human error caused by the misunderstanding and omission in the telephone voice interaction among the dispatchers at the current power grid,this paper develops a speech auxiliary system for error correction in command given by grid dispatcher based on the iflytek open platform.By performing text conversion and text detection on the working voice of the power dispatcher,the system can determine whether the voice command is complete and correct.In addition,by establishing a special word library of scheduling language and scheduling command error correction mechanism,the accuracy of the system's speech recognition is improved,and the checking and prompting of the wrong password are also realized.The experimental results show that the system has a high recognition accuracy,and can help dispatchers to detect errors in the process of voice interaction in time,thus preventing the occurrence of accidents in the power grid.
