摘要 传统的人力资源管理系统中存在的组织结构臃肿、部门职责不清和绩效考核存在偏差的问题越来越不能满足现代高校和企业对人力资源的管理需求。针对这些问题,基于定岗、定责、定员、定薪和绩效考核的管理思想通过对人力资源系统的结构以及模块设计分析,设计了基于“四定一考核”绩效管理的人力资源管理系统,并利用计算机和数据库对该系统进行了实现,有效提高了高校和企业的组织运营效率。 The organizational structure in the traditional human resource management system is bloated.The problems of unclear department responsibility and performance appraisal are more and more unable to meet the management needs of human resources in modern colleges and enterprises.In order to solve these problems,the article is based on the management ideas of post,responsibility,staff,salary and performance appraisal to analyze and design the structure of the human resource system.A human resource management system based on"four fired and one appraisal"performance management is designed,and the system is realized by using computer and database,which effectively improves the organizational operation efficiency of colleges and enterprises.
