摘要
为了实现喇叭口位于射孔层上、低注入量、笼统正注井注入剖面的精确测试,在普通防喷装置和DLFP14-70T注脂防喷装置的基础上,研究了轻型注脂防喷装置与内流式集流电磁流量计配套技术。对比分析测试资料,结果表明使用轻型注脂电缆防喷装置与内流式集流电磁流量计配套技术,可以精确测试注入量低于5 m 3/d、喇叭口位于射孔层上的笼统正注井。内流式集流电磁流量计克服了脉冲中子氧活化测井在套注井中测量下限较高的缺点。但内流式集流电磁流量计受管柱结构限制,只适合于测量喇叭口位于射孔层上的笼统正注井。
In order to accurately test the injection profile of general positive injection well with bell-mouth on perforation layer and low injection rate,the supporting technologies of light-weight grease injection preventer and internal flow collector electromagnetic flowmeter were studied on the basis of ordinary blowout preventer and DLFP14-70T grease injection preventer.By comparing and analyzing the test data,the results show that these technologies are suitable for general positive injection well with the injection volume lower than 5 m 3/d and the bell-mouth located on the perforation layer.The internal flow collector electromagnetic flowmeter overcomes the disadvantage that the pulse neutron oxygen activation logging has a high lower limit in the casing injection well.However,due to the limitation of tube string structure,the internal flow collector electromagnetic flowmeter is only suitable for measuring the general positive injection well where the bell-mouth is located on the perforation layer.
