摘要
民用航空B777飞机设计有风挡加温系统,通过加温控制组件控制风挡加温,以防结冰。对风挡加温系统故障,虽然可依据最低设备清单保留放行,但对航路天气条件的要求非常苛刻,因此极易导致航班不正常。如这样的故障发生在国外航站,受当地航材储备、工具设备资源、人员维修能力以及所签署维修协议覆盖面是否充分等诸多因素制约,将导致航班长时间延误。如需从国内派人前往进行排故,则航班将会取消。本文将对风挡加温系统工作原理进行分析,结合以往排故案例,总结出新的排故方法,以期提高飞机运行效率。
Civil aviation aircraft Boeing B777 is designed with a window heat system which adjusts window heat through window heat control unit to prevent the window from freezing.In case of faulty window heat system,the aircraft can still be released according to the minimum equipment list,but the requirements for the weather conditions along the flight route are very demanding,thus abnormal flight could easily appear.If the fault occurs at a foreign terminal,the flight will be delayed for a long time due to many factors such as local aviation material reserve,tool and equipment resources,maintenance personnel capability and the coverage of the signed maintenance agreement.If domestic personnel are to be sent abroad for troubleshooting,the flight will be cancelled.This paper makes analysis of the operating principles of window heat system and summarizes new methods of troubleshooting based on former troubleshooting cases,so at to enhance the operating efficiency of aircrafts.
