电气互联系统是航空器适航管理中是一项重要内容。由于航空器电源系统出现大功率、高电压的设计,再加上飞机线路系统一些设备性能衰退,导线绝缘老化,线路终端氧化腐蚀等等,电气系统故障也越来越凸显,近几十年来就发生了数起因飞机线路故障导致的空难事故。因航空器维修管理、工程技术和人员培训等方面出现问题导致飞机线路系统出现故障,已经对民用航空器和维修人员安全带来了严重安全隐患和事故征候。如何确保航空器和维修人员的安全,已成为刻不容缓需尽快解决的问题。本论文将讨论航空器线路互联系统日常维护工作中,线路检查、导线修理、更换终端和安全防护等方面的重要性及具体方法。

Electrical wiring interconnection system is an important content in the management of aircraft airworthiness.Due to the design of high power and high voltage in aircraft power supply system as well as the declining equipment performance,aging wire insulation,and corroded line terminal in aircraft line system,the faults in electrical system are becoming more and more prominent.In recent decades,quite several aircraft accidents were caused by wiring faults.Aircraft wiring system failures resulting from problems in maintenance management,engineering technology and personnel training,etc.have posed serious potential safety hazards to civil aircraft production and maintenance personnel.How to ensure the safety of aircrafts and maintenance personnel has become an urgent problem,which demands immediate solutions.This paper explores the significance and concrete approaches of wire inspection,wire repair,terminal replacement,safety precaution,etc.in the daily maintenance work of aircraft electrical wiring interconnection system.
