Study on Governance of Materialization of Sports Associations among Non-Olympic Events in Jiangsu Province

对江苏省非奥运项目体育社团实体化运行情况进行了分析。研究认为:非奥运项目体育社团实体化运行中存在内部治理不健全、运行机制不完善、人员结构不合理、独立发展能力不足等问题,建议落实内部制度,完善法人治理结构;优化人员结构,提高专业化水平;拓宽资金来源途径,增强筹资能力。

The operation of non-Olympic sports associations'materialization in Jiangsu Province is analyzed.It is concluded that there are some problems in the physical operation of non-Olympic sports associations'materialization,such as imperfect internal governance,imperfect operational mechanism,unreasonable personnel structure and insufficient independent development ability.It is suggested that we should implement the internal system,improve the corporate governance structure,optimize the personnel structure,improve the level of specialization,broaden the sources of funds and enhance the ability of financing.
