游戏模式在高校网球训练中的实践

Application of Game Mode in College Tennis Training

随着我国体育发展不断深入,高校网球各种训练模式也得到了越来越多的重视。网球运动需要将力量和技巧进行结合,在这个过程中能够帮助学生更好地协调动作,对于学生的发展具有非常重要的作用。游戏模式能够使网球训练富于趣味化,而且通过游戏对学生的各项技能进行提高,能够潜移默化地对学生的各项发展进行促进。本文结合游戏模式的特点进行分析,并针对高校网球训练现状,提出几点加强训练效果的策略。

With the development of sports in our country,more and more attention has been paid to tennis training modes in colleges and universities.Tennis is a combination of strength and skill.In this process,it can help students better coordinate their movements and thus plays a very important role in the development of students.The game mode can make tennis training interesting,and improve students'skills through games,and can subtly promote students'development.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the game mode and puts forward some strategies to enhance the training effect in view of the current situation of tennis training in colleges and universities.
