不同性别高职学生课外体育锻炼参与因素的现状调查研究

Research on the Participation Factors of Extracurricular Sports Activities of Vocational Students with Different Gender

对海南省海口地区5所高职学生参加课外体育锻炼现状及影响因素进行了问卷调查,并采用卡方检验进行分析了不同性别高职学生课外体育锻炼的现状,剖析了制约海南高职学生参加课外体育锻炼的主要因素,提出了建立学生体育健康运动档案和体育健康运动奖励机制等建议,为促进海南高职学生课外体育锻炼的顺利开展提供了参考依据。

This paper conducts a questionnaire survey to college students in 5 Hainan vocational colleges and investigates the current situation and influencing factors of college students taking part in extracurricular physical training.For the situation of different gender participating in extracurricular sports activities,Chi-square test is used for data analysis.The paper analyzes the main factors that restrict students participating in extracurricular physical activities.The author submits proposals that we could establish sports health archive and campaign reward mechanism for students to motivate them actively join in extracurricular physical training,which also can provide a reference basis for relevant research.
