摘要 为满足深水高压低温环境下油气输运安全,设计了新型海底保温管道。基于PVA纤维加强水泥基材料的力学特性,进行了基于该夹层材料的海底保温管加工制造和静水压溃实验工作,研究了该新型夹层保温管的加工工艺可行性和静水压溃行为,验证了该加工工艺的可行性,同时也证明了该新型夹层保温管道具备3 km超深水条件下安全输运油气的应用前景。 With the development of offshore oil and gas exploration,a new design of the subsea pipeline is needed in order to resist the high pressure and low temperature.Because of high-performance and thermal insulation with low-weight,the sandwich pipe(SP)has been considered as an effective solution for oil and gas transportation in ultradeep water,and has received more and more attention.Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber reinforced cementitious composites(SHCC)has the characteristics of high compressive strength,ultra-ductility,and is widely used in the construction of buildings and dams.An experimental test is designed to study the feasibility of processing technology of the sandwich pipe with SHCC and its collapse strength under external pressure.It is found that the sandwich pipe with SHCC has the possibility of application under 3000 m water depth,and the feasibility of the SP processing procedure is qualified.
