摘要
依托智能工厂流水线实验装置,构建了智能装配机械臂数字孪生实验系统,包括机械臂物理装置、机械臂虚拟实体、虚实映射模块、数字孪生数据库及实验教学界面软件等组成部分,提出了一种基于多模型融合的数字孪生系统模型集成方法。该系统可应用于智能制造相关本科专业的实验教学,多个实验教学案例表明了数字孪生实验系统的有效性。
Based on the intelligent factory assembly line experimental device,a digital twin experiment system for intelligent assembly manipulator is constructed,including manipulator’s physical device,virtual entity,virtual-real mapping module,digital twin database and experimental teaching software.Aiming at the difficulties of heterogeneous model integration encountered during the construction process,a digital twin model integration method based on multi-model fusion is proposed.The method can be applied to the experimental teaching of intelligent manufacturing related undergraduate majors,and several experimental teaching cases indicate the effectiveness of the experimental digital twin system.
