摘要
高校实验室是开展教学活动、科学研究的重要基地,随着高校实验室工作与职能的不断拓展,对实验室管理工作的要求也不断提升,实验室管理机构需要明确自身的工作定位与职责。高校采取什么样的实验室建设与管理的体制、机制需要从自身特点出发,尊重管理科学和规律,符合提高实验室建设和管理水平的实际需求。通过调查问卷等方式,对“985工程”高校和湖北省部分高校的现状进行了研究,在探讨现行高校实验室建设与管理体制、机制有关问题的基础上,进行了分析与思考,为进一步加强实验室建设与管理提供有益的思路。
The laboratory in university is an important base to carry out teaching activities and scientific research.With the continuous expansion of the work and functions of university laboratories,the requirements for laboratory management work are constantly improving,and laboratory management organizations need to clarify their own work orientation and responsibilities.The kind of laboratory construction and management systems and mechanisms adopted by universities should be based on own characteristics,respect management science and laws,and meet the actual demand to improve the laboratory construction and management level.This paper studies the status quo of"985 Project"Universities and some universities in Hubei Province through questionnaires and other methods.Based on the discussion of current university laboratory construction and management systems and mechanisms.This paper also provides useful ideas for further strengthening laboratory construction and management.
