借鉴国外管理经验 提升设备共享水平

Learning from Equipment Management Experience from Foreign Universities, Enhancing the Sharing Level of Universities in China

高校大型仪器设备是其开展教学与科研工作的物质基础,是人才培养的重要保障,也是其综合实力的集中体现。在系统阐述当前高校大型仪器设备采购与共享管理现状基础上,通过对日美高校在大型仪器设备制度建设、信息管理与使用收费等方面经验介绍,提出完善大型设备的日常管理制度,提升仪器的共享服务能力;加强设备共享的信息化建设力度,提高实验室的管理工作效率;推进大型仪器的共享收费制度,将设备的维护保养落到实处;强化大型设备管理人员队伍建设,改进平台的综合服务水平等工作建议。

Large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities are the material basis for teaching and scientific research work,an important guarantee for personnel training,and the embodiment of their comprehensive strength.Developing the sharing service of large-scale instruments and equipment,enhancing their utilization rate and improving their comprehensive service quality are the main research topics faced by the managers of large-scale instruments and equipments service platform in colleges and universities.Based on the systematic exposition of current situation in purchasing and sharing management of large-scale instruments and equipment in universities and colleges,the experiences of Japanese and American universities in the construction of large-scale equipment system,information management and usage fees were introduced in this paper.It suggests to improve the daily management system of large-scale equipment and enhance the sharing service capacity of instruments.The informationization construction of equipment sharing should be strengthened so as to improve the efficiency of laboratory management;the sharing fee system of large-scale instruments should be promoted to implement the maintenance of equipments;the construction of large-scale equipment management personnel should be strengthened and the comprehensive service level of the platform should be improved.
