水滴结构在结晶器中的应用研究

摘要 以无机盐工程领域的研发数据、设计经验为基础,结合工程化装置的实际运行参数,归纳总结水滴结构在几类结晶器中的应用情况。所述结晶器本体内设有导流筒,导流筒的上、下部边缘或单独下部边缘设有横截面类似"水滴"状的流线型结构。该结构具有减少晶粒破碎、提高结晶产物粒度、延长导流筒使用寿命、降低设备维修率、降低搅拌器功率、减少能耗等优点。 Based on the research&development data and design experience of inorganic salt engineering field,combined with the actual operating parameters of the plant,this paper summarizes the application of water droplet structure in several types of crystallizers.The crystallizer body is equipped with a draft tube,and the upper and lower edges or the separate lower edge of the draft tube are provided with a streamlined structure having a cross-sectional like"water droplet"shape.The structure has the advantages of reducing crystallite breakage,increasing crystal product size,extending the life of the draft tube,reducing equipment maintenance rate,reducing the power of the agitator and reducing energy consumption.
