煤制乙二醇火炬及管网设置初探

Preliminary Study on Flare and Piping System Setup of Coal-to-Glycol Unit

本文通过对上海某乙二醇工艺火炬气特点的研究,结合水煤浆气化的火炬气特点,针对某新建乙二醇项目,分析各火炬气特点及相互影响,制定出符合该项目特点的煤制乙二醇火炬管网设置及相关火炬配置。

Based on the study of theflare gas characteristics in the glycol process technology of a corporation in Shanghai and the characteristics of the flare gas for coal water slurry gasification,this paper analyzes the characteristics of each flare gas and their possible interactions for a newly-built glycol project,and works out the piping system setup and related flare configuration of coal-to-glycol flare in line with the characteristics of this project.
