加热炉炉温控制策略研究及仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 轧钢生产线上的加热炉控制系统是多容控制系统,由于系统的被控对象难以建立精确的数学模型,因此,系统控制算法的优化是一个较复杂又互相关联的大系统建模,采用常规控制技术难以取得良好的优化控制效果。鉴此,提出了加热炉Fuzzy-PI控制策略,通过仿真试验证明,此种控制方案可行,提高产品质量和经济效益的同时,实现了系统节能降耗。 The reheating furnace control system for rolling line is a multi-capacity control system.Because it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model for the controlled objects of the system,the optimization of system control algorithm is a large-scale complex and interrelated system model.It is difficult to achieve good optimization control effect by using conventional control technology.In view of this,the Fuzzy-PI control strategy of reheating furnace is put forward.The simulation tests prove that this control solution is feasible,which can improve the product quality and economic benefits and realize energy saving and consumption reduction of the system.
