摘要 在城市地铁网的建设过程中,经常出现城市轨道交通下穿铁路股道和建筑物等风险源。为确保盾构机在推进过程中的不间断运行和沿线风险源的安全,结合呼和浩特市轨道交通2号线一期工程盾构下穿呼和浩特火车站的施工实践,针对风险源的特点,提出了洞内管片背后二次深孔注浆、轨道结构扣轨加固和预埋注浆管等措施,保证盾构隧道下穿过程中各项风险源的安全。研究成果可为今后类似工程提供借鉴和参考。 During the construction of urban subway networks,risky sources such as under-crossing existing railway tracks,buildings and the like are often encountered by urban rail transit.In order to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the shield during the propulsion process and the safety of all the risky sources along the existing railways and upon the basis of considering the characteristics of the risky sources,put forward in the present paper are the necessary technical measures such as the 2nd deep-hole grouting behind internal segments,the buckle axle reinforcement and embedding grouting tubes.To illustrate the construction with examples,the practical construction of the 1st-term project of Line Two of the municipal rail transit in Hohhot under-crossing the Hohhot Railway Station is chosen as an example in the paper.The fruits of our research may provide a useful reference for other similar projects in the future.
