自以色列建国以来,其中央银行地位在一步一步提升,极大地促进了以色列的经济发展。以色列建国后,受国际环境影响不得不采用计划经济保障国防建设,政府直接把控国内经济。随着中东和平进程的发展,以色列面临的战争压力减少,但是政府依然将大量财政预算划拨给国防建设,造成以色列经济出现困局,加之经济新自由主义的兴起,以色列开启金融自由化改革。在金融自由化改革中,以色列中央银行获取法律上的独立地位,开始掌控国内金融领域,促进了以色列经济的发展。

Since the founding of Israel,the status of the central bank has been steadily upgraded,which has greatly promoted the economic development of Israel.After the founding of Israel,under the influence of international environment,the planned economy had to be adopted to safeguard national defense construction,and the government directly controlled the domestic economy.With the development of the Middle East peace process,Israel is facing less war pressure,but the government still allocates a large amount of budget to national defense construction,resulting in the dilemma of the Israeli economy,coupled with the rise of economic neo-liberalism,Israel initiated financial liberalization reform.In the reform of financial liberalization,the Central Bank of Israel gained legal independence,began to control the domestic financial field,and promoted the development of Israel's economy.
