汉语文化负载词及其英译策略探究

A study of Chinese culture loaded words and their English translation strategies

在一个语言体系中,如若某些词汇具有特定的含义,即其只能代表地方文化的某一产物时,其便会具有一定的翻译难度。针对此,本文以汉语文化体系为主,将其内部的文化负载词作为研究核心,首先分析了汉语文化中文化负载词的含义和分类,而后又简述了文化负载词的翻译难点。最终分几个不同的角度对其具体的英译策略进行了研究分析。

in a language system,if some words have a specific meaning,that is,it can only represent a certain product of local culture it will have some difficulty in translation.Based on the Chinese culture system,the cultural load words in the Chinese culture are used as the research core.First the meaning and classification of cultural loaded words in Chinese culture are analyzed and then the translation difficulties of cultural loaded words are briefly described.Finally,the specific translation strategies are analyzed from several perspectives.
